So here are some simple tips on how to get repeat business from customers:
1. Keep it simple. Make your purchase process as simple as possible. Make the buying experience of customers seamless and easy. Avoid cluttering your sales page with unnecessary elements and don’t go over the 2-click buying process – they should be able to checkout and pay for the product they want in just 2 clicks.
2. Follow up. Sending a thank you email or a personalized note may be old fashioned but is still very effective. This is one way to established good customer relationship. Make sure that you’re not too formal with your message – no Sir or Madam.
3. Offer special discounts. By offering, say, a 15% discount to existing customers is a way to tell them that you value them. This will help promote brand royalty and increase your business’ satisfaction rating.
4. Make sure your products are consistent. Okay, you were able to make customers come back the second time, but can you make them buy again the third time? Or the fourth?
The main goal here is not just to make them buy again, you want them buying again and again and again and again.. And you can only do this if you offer consistent product or service across the board. Give them the same customer experience they’ve had just like the first time they buy from you.
