2. Get your employees involved. Encourage your employees to utilize social media, even those not in the marketing department. If you’ve got an awesome and loyal team, they’ll help you define, build and protect your online brand.
3. Keep writing quality contents. Not only will regular blog posting help you create more depth for your brand, it will also establish your authority as the go-to site in your niche. Plus, a site with hundreds of pages gets noticed easily by search engines.
Quality and quantity, that’s the secret here.
4. Engage on social media. Most women entrepreneurs approach social media as an advertising channel – they promote, broadcast, and pitch. That’s not how it works. Social media campaigns will only work if you discuss comments and build relationships. There’s a reason why it’s called social media – you've got to be social. When you finally start to engage and socialize, the building and spreading of your brand will naturally follow.
