I recall reading a quote, can't quite remember by whom at this moment, but it goes something like this "If Your Cup is Full Stop Pouring". As entrepreneurs we create our own successes and with that creative mind we sometimes add more and more and more to our already tight schedule and that can lead to feeling overwhelmed. Ladies, it is quite alright to just stop adding more or to completely readjust when your cup is full. This is especially so if you are in the throes of feeling overwhelmed. If we are feeling overwhelmed and not able to manage our thoughts constructively, you are giving self-doubt wiggle room to sneak in and take root.
